Sean N. Woodroffe, Senior Vice President, is head of Human Resources and Administration. Prior to joining FGIC, Mr. Woodroffe spent more than 17 years at Merrill Lynch & Co., most recently as First Vice President and Head of International Human Resources. During his tenure at Merrill Lynch, he held several other senior roles in the areas of human resources and investment banking administration. Mr. Woodroffe received a BA from Shaw University.
